Vault Vermouth is a range of English vermouths founded by restaurateur Dan Joines (Sorella, Darby's, Bermondsey Larder & Rye by the Water.)
Inspired by trips across Italy, Spain and France the dream is to introduce the great culture of the aperitif to the British public.
The "sipping" vermouths are perfect straight over ice; served tall with tonic or soda; and shine in classic cocktails.
Hand made in small controlled batches, every bottle is filled, sealed, labelled and boxed by hand in our London based distillery.
