Vault Vermouth is a range of vermouths founded by restaurateur Dan Joines (Sorella, Darby's, Bermondsey Larder & Rye by the Water.)

Inspired by trips across Italy, Spain and France the dream is to introduce the great culture of the aperitif to the British public.

Our vermouths are perfect to drink straight over ice, served tall and mixed with tonic, or in classic cocktails.

It's hand made in small controlled batches, and we fill, label and box every bottle by hand in our London based distillery.
